Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 June 2026
1. Who we are
NXPC (“we”, “us”) designs and assembles custom computers in the European Union. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For any privacy question, contact us at support@nxpc.eu.
2. Data we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a build request or contact form: your name, email address and any details you choose to include in your message.
- Technical data. With your consent: your approximate region (derived from your IP address, not stored as a precise location), device type and browser. This helps us display the site correctly and understand demand.
- Preferences. Your chosen language and colour theme, so the site remembers how you like to view it.
3. Cookies & local storage
On your first visit we ask for your cookie preferences. You can Accept or Reject, and your choice is remembered:
- Essential storage (always on). Strictly necessary items for security, anti-spam and remembering your consent choice. These are never used for tracking.
- Optional (only if you Accept). Approximate region lookup and basic, privacy- respecting analytics that may be introduced in future. Rejecting keeps these off entirely.
You can change your mind any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser.
4. How we use your data
- To respond to your build requests and enquiries.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — only with your consent.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run hidden tracking outside the choices you make here.
5. Legal bases
We process your data on the basis of: your consent (optional cookies and analytics); the steps necessary to respond to your request and enter a possible contract (build enquiries); and our legitimate interests in keeping the site secure and functional.
6. Sharing & retention
We share data only with service providers who help us run NXPC (for example, email delivery), under appropriate safeguards. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then deleted.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@nxpc.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
